ERIN GETS A POZI NOM! Erin's song Someone is Praying for You was nominated for an empower Pozi Award, in the Healing category. Check out emPower as well as a link to the Nominees compilation CD, featuring such high-flying company as Karen Drucker, Daniel Nahmod, Faith Rivera, JD Martin and Jan Garrett, Robert Anderson, Sloan Wainwright, Kelly Corsino, and many others.
ERIN HOSTS MESSIAH! Erin produced her first Singalong Messiah concert, also singing the alto solo arias. The concert featured Glenn Guhr, Ellaina Lewis, Jonakan O'Steen, Gabriel Gargari, Lana Van Boven, Valerie White Williams, Peter Acosta, Patrick Stephens, and a host of other amazing instrumentalists. Eric Odel conducted and a few hundred singers jumped in bravely -- Hallelujah!
ERIN HOSTS A CONFERENCE! The Northwest New Thought Music Forum on June 18th was definitely a "no bull$#!&, all brass tacks" throwdown to deal with pressing issues for our region's peeps. Also awesome fun and extremely well reviewed by participants. Reps from 17 different spirtual communties showed: MD's, revs, and independant artists. Featuring a very generous visit from the light of the NT music movement -- Karen Drucker.

The Unisong International Songwriting Contest recognized two of Erin's tunes from the That Good Thing album: Someplace to Go On Sunday (an honorable mention in the social/political category) and You are There (a Top 20 finalist in the jazz/blues category. ERIN LEADS A MUSIC FORUM! Erin and directing partner Cathy Bleecker hosted the 2006 Sacred Music Leadership Forum at Seattle Unity. Turnout was excellent and the forum proved extremely fruitful for everyone. 26 representatives from 16 different organizations attended, sharing their wealth of resources and ideas, including marketing and artist contact lists, repertoire and organizational tools galore, presentations on expanding worship expression through drama, movement, chant and much more.
